Prize Package
The Winner will receive one (1) Prize Package, consisting of the following items: Two (2) general admission or equivalent tickets to one (1) scheduled Philadelphia 76ers home game. Gift Card Redemption Location
The $50.00 Gift Card is exclusively redeemable at official, full-service Chickie's & Pete's restaurant locations. It is not valid for use at arena concession stands or third-party franchised venues.
Ticket Fulfillment
Tickets will be emailed and must be accepted and downloaded via the official ticketing platform.
Other Fulfillment
Gift Card: Sent digitally via email.
Apparel: Shipped via standard mail.
Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions
1. Finality of Prize Awards.
All prize awards are final and non-reversible. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted under any circumstances once a prize has been awarded or claimed. This ensures the integrity of the selection process and administration.
2. Premium Game Bundle Sales and Availability.
Premium Game Bundles are offered in a limited quantity and are subject to availability. These bundles may be purchased in advance of the official promotional announcement and game date. All sales of these bundles are on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Substitution Policy (Contingency Clause).
Contingency: In the event that the designated Premium Game becomes unavailable for any reason (e.g., cancellation, scheduling change, or supply exhaustion), a substitution policy will be invoked.
Substitution Rule: The "Free Social Media Entry" constitutes one (1) entry into the general draw for the Premium Game. Any winner selected from tickets specifically as part of "Free Social Media Entry" will have their Premium Game prize automatically replaced with a Mid-Tier Game prize. All entries (sweepstakes and raffle) feed into the same overall draw for the prize. The determination of which game constitutes the "Mid-Tier Game" will be made at the sole discretion of the organizer.
